Hall hire

Information below is provided for guidance only, please refer to the terms and conditions of Hall Hire Policy for full details.

1. The Bhavan can be hired by members and non-members but the overriding conditions are:
2. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OR NON-VEGETARIAN foods to be consumed/sold etc., in the premises;
3. Maximum capacity of the Hall is 60 people, this limit is legally enforced by the Building and Planning Department
4. Hire does not include Shrine part of the Bhavan

Please refer to the terms and conditions of Hall Hire Policy for full details, please ensure you read this document carefully as each hirer will have to sign up to this policy before they will be allowed to hire the hall.

To book the Hall, take following steps:

1. Check availability of Hall by viewing the date on the Calendar (top left);
2. If Hall is available;
3. Complete the Hall Hire application form;

5. Wait for confirmation (you should receive a confirmation within 24 hours)

Hall Hire fees:

Deposit of £50
For members £10/hour
Non Members £15/hour
Note: Hire time includes set-up/clean-up time
